Work duties
Packing citrus into cartons by pattern or volume; checking size and arrangement; keeping fruit with quarantine issues or obvious defects out of the cartons; putting a packer ID sticker on each carton; reporting size or quality problems to the supervisor and possible machine faults to maintenance staff; other duties as assigned.
Pay method
Hourly rate
$33.05/hour, under Level 2 of Agri Labour's enterprise agreement, the ALA Horticulture Agreement 2016; pay follows the Fair Work Commission's annual review. The ad's title field says "per annum", but the body gives an hourly rate.
Hours
At least 120 hours every 4 weeks; must be flexible with hours, including weekends and holidays
