Duties & requirements
Work duties
Vine rolling, vine training and general vineyard maintenance; putting on and taking off vineyard covers; pruning, weeding, planting and trellising; hand-picking grapes with shears and placing them into bins or crates; handling fruit carefully to minimise bruising; cleaning work areas and equipment; meeting productivity and quality targets.
Pay method
Hourly / piece rate
$33.05/hr plus penalty rates; the ad also says applicants must be comfortable working under piece-rate arrangements where applicable.

About 40 hours a week
Requirements
Vineyard, orchard or farm experience preferred, Able to do repetitive physical work outdoors, Attention to detail and able to follow instructions, Comfortable with piece rates where applicable
