Work duties
Lead blue water or estuary fishing trips and tailor them to guests' skill levels; explain tides, local waterways and wildlife; keep guests safe and give first aid when needed; prepare, maintain and store fishing gear and keep vessels clean; help with general lodge operations outside fishing times.
